When will I get my first issue?
Your first issue will arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order. If you are experiencing an unusually long delay, please contact us
What should I do if I think my magazine hasn't been delievered?
If you haven't a particular issue, please contact us. When you contact
us please be sure to include your customer number and mailing address
and a replacement issue will be sent.
Do you have other methods of payment?
Currently you can choose to pay by credit/debit card, PayPal and Western
Union. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or another method, please
contact us.
Do you automatically renew subscriptions and repeat bill without
telling me?
No, at the end of your subscription period we will contact you to inform
you that your subscription is about to expire. If you choose not to
renew your subscription, you will not be charged again.
I don't see the magazine I want - can you handle special requests?
Maybe, drop us a line and ask us.
Is your online payment system secure?
Yes. We do not keep your credit card number and all payments are securly processed by WorldPay, a world leader in online payments and part of the Royal Bank Of Scotland group.
Can I have my money back if I don't like the magazine I have
subscribed to?
Unfortunately not, however if the really don't like the magazine you
subscribed to you can change to a different magazine of equal value at
any time.
Do you deliver to United States?
Yes, we now accept the orders for the United States. However we ask you to be patient and keep in mind that the magazines are sent surphase mail and it takes several weeks for them to arrive from Germany.
